Cultural Council seeks artists for festival

CORTLAND -- The Cultural Council of Cortland County (CCCC) invites artists to participate in the upcoming 2005 Arts in the Park Festival in downtown Cortland. From 1968 to 1982, Courthouse Park was home to an annual summer "Art Fair." Talented artists from all regions of New York State gathered in Cortland to showcase their work.
